I’m Sara Moon, an Energetics & Embodiment Mentor, Somatic Healer, and Energy-Witch Mystic. I’m all about the magic of weaving possibilities into reality and intentionally designing a life you love.

I have an intimate knowing of the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. I love facilitating different avenues to healing, and helping you remix your human experience from the inside out.

My own personal journey of growth and healing spans over a decade, and there is nothing more important to me than my own expansion and embodying my fullest expression. I have dedicated myself to years of transformative self-work—trainings, intensives, workshops, coaching, therapy, and mentorship—healing chronic illness, gardening my internal and external foundation, cultivating relationships, and embracing my divine gifts all to be the greatest version of me. 

My approach brings a rich tapestry of personal experiences from my own healing journey and a trauma-informed lens centered around somatic-led embodiment and energetics. I am deeply passionate about the magic and ripples healing work creates for ourselves and others and the undeniable effect of what can happen when you open your openings and let love in.
