I have lived a thousand lives. Moved through awakenings, deaths, and descents into identities built on survival rather than truth.

After a lifetime of perfectionism, striving, and overriding my body to survive, I now move with the feminine cycles and seasons as my baseline. I move in relationship with the symbolic, the intuitive, and the unseen currents shaping our lives.

I walk the sacred spiral as the ceremony of my becoming.

I have alchemized the experiences held in my body and energy field, restoring integrity within myself.

My path has asked me to dissolve distortions and entanglements, to work with my shadow, take risks, and shift outdated foundations, beliefs, and paradigms. I ended a marriage that required me to live a double life. I resigned from the high-control religion I was raised in. I stepped outside the family system that shaped me after decades of hoping things would change. I walked away from a very successful design career to prioritize my health.

I moved through a nine-year portal of chronic illness to reclaim and learn the language of my body.

I learned to trust the divine intelligence moving beneath the surface of things.

I rebuilt a nervous system once shaped by complex trauma and spent over a decade returning home to myself with clarity and devotion.

Through this, I came to understand how identity is constructed. How it lives in the body. How it protects, adapts, and unravels. And what it truly takes to change.

I know what it means to move through disorientation, grief, pain, and deep internal reorganization without losing yourself inside of it, and to stay present when everything known begins to fall away. And when the only option is to rebuild from nothing familiar and be guided only by what feels more true.

There were times I was deeply held in transformation, and times I carried it alone. Both shaped me.

For nearly two decades, I have given myself fully to this work through lived experience. It is what I have lived, integrated, and embodied.

I have deeply invested in my own healing and evolution through mentorship, somatic work, nervous system repair, spiritual training, and devotional practice. I continue to study the depths of what heals, transforms, and returns us to ourselves.

I have lived the dismantling, the in-between, and the rebuilding again and again. I hold a reverence for death and rebirth and for the truths that only come through initiation. I believe transformation asks for both grounded repair and sacred listening.

Devotion shapes how I live and how I hold space.

I have built a life with my husband that is truth-led, held by beauty, shaped with intention, and consciously created rather than inherited. I continue to choose this path and walk the sacred spiral into what is possible.
